Refund policy
30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. If you are not satisfied with Influencr for any reason, email hello@influencr.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full.
How refunds are processed
All refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the payment, invoice, and any applicable tax adjustments on our behalf — on your card or bank statement the line item reads “Paddle” (or a Paddle-operated descriptor) rather than “Influencr”.
For any post-purchase question — refunds, copy of an invoice, VAT receipt — you can also contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Manage plan, which takes you to Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again, and the refund above applies to the most recent charge if you request it within 30 days.
